Managing Exam Stress
We understand that exams can be stressful. Here are some tips to help:
- Stay Organised: Keep a revision timetable and break study sessions into manageable chunks.
- Look After Yourself: Get plenty of sleep, eat well, and stay hydrated.
- Take Breaks: Short breaks during revision help with focus and memory retention.
- Talk to Someone: If you're feeling overwhelmed, speak to a teacher, parent, or our school support team.
