Make And Do 2014 - Y5's Get Creative!

In July 2014 we organised 2 days of creative activities for our local Y5 pupils.

We were delighted to welcome classes from Brigg Primary School, Scawby and Hibaldstow Academies.

They made the most of a range of activities from being Zombies in Drama to 'laser' torches in Electronics, planting poppy seeds in History to collages based on our new Commemorative Mural in remembrance of World War 1.

The pupils enjoyed eating their pack ups in the canteen and exploring a range of settings around the school.

We are really hoping that the torches are still being put to good use and that the pupils will be able to recognise their collage work now forming part of the display in the Crush Hall at Lower School.

Thanks to all the staff, Sixth Formers and Student Subject Leaders who made the workshops possible and we look forward to welcoming the primary pupils back to Sir John Nelthorpe School very soon.
